USA Lucky Paper is a leading domestic and international export trader of joblot, stocklot, secondary, mill rejects, and surplus of all grades of paper and films.

We established our main company, Fu Sheng Paper Company in 1999, in Tianjin, China. In 2006, we opened our first US branch in Los Angeles, California and named it USA Lucky Paper.

Our founder, Mr. Fu Zhou had worked and managed paper companies and paper mills for more than thirty years. His experience ranges from importing and distributing, to producing and recycling papers. Over these thirty years of being in the paper industry, Mr. Zhou has established a 'network' of diverse and experienced distributors, suppliers, and buyers.

With these many years of experience and these many resources at hand, you can count on USA Lucky Paper to be your trusted buyer and supplier!
